Harmony for Hope Scranton NEPA

OUR
IMPACT

Children’s Hospital Partnership

At the heart of the NEPA Invitational is our partnership with Janet Weis Children's Hospital, a leader in pediatric care and a proud member of the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The hospital’s affiliation with the Play Yellow Initiative, founded by Jack and Barbara Nicklaus, exemplifies our shared commitment to improving children’s health.

Gala Impact:
Harmony for Hope

Our Harmony for Hope Gala plays an essential role in driving the success of our mission. This annual event brings together the community for an unforgettable evening of music, philanthropy, and celebration. Through ticket sales, donations, and silent auctions, the gala raises critical funds for:

  • Pediatric care at Janet Weis Children's Hospital

  • Local children’s welfare organizations

  • College scholarships for youth in Northeast Pennsylvania

Our Contributions

Through your generous support, we've donated over $600,000 to date. These funds have been instrumental in supporting the Janet Weis Children's Hospital, local organizations dedicated to children’s welfare, and college scholarships for students in need.

Dedicated Spaces

In recognition of the support the NEPA Invitational and Brandon and Danielle Matthews provided to the Geisinger Health Foundation from 2022–2024 in support of pediatrics, a space within the Pediatric Therapy & Rehab Services has been dedicated in their honor to celebrate this meaningful contribution.

OUR HOST COURSE

We’re proud to host the NEPA Invitational at the Country Club of Scranton’s renowned Old Course. Designed by legendary architect Walter Travis in 1927, the course is known for its dramatic elevation changes, fast, undulating greens, and a timeless layout that rewards creativity and precision. A frequent host of premier championships—including the Pennsylvania State Open and Amateur—it’s the perfect backdrop for a weekend of great golf and even greater impact.

DONATION TRACKER
